Bozrah is in Southeast CT, just west of Norwich, which was first settled in the late 1600's. The sign outside town hall says it was named after a biblical reference meaning "sheepfold". It's pronounced the same as the Iraqi city Basra, but I don't think there's any connection. Interesting trivia: Norwich is the home town of one infamous traitor - Benedict Arnold.
