FFPW, 1955 Bed On A 1949 Frame

What kind of problems will I face installing a 1955 FFPW PU Bed on a 1949 frame?

I received the bed disassembled along with the bed-to-frame supports. I don't think the '49 frame is set up the same way as the the '55 frame would be because the points of contact are different.

Has anyone here done this kind of modification?

Will I be drilling holes in the frame to mount the supports?

Are there diagrams as to how the bed goes together?
