I think these are based on the same block as the 331 six, was there a 377 too? This series might have shared the same crank stroke, 5" or so. I believe these were based on the 1930 Chrysler automobile sixes and were seven-main bearing motors, were used until about 1955. When Chrysler introduced a 4-main bearing six in about 1930 the 7 main bearing motor was kept for trucks, these motors are longer than the 337, 251, 265.
