WC-54 spotted

Spotted a nice WC-54 (?) ambulance while at work today. After we put out the car fire I took the truck back to look at it. It's in a body shop lot in Johnston RI. Anyone know who owns it? Looked very complete with 4 combat wheels and all lights. Only damage I noticed was both rear corners. Just curious.
