Ranglin, I've used that sealer before & it worked great until I put some of our good ol' Canadian 94 octane Chevron fuel in. That dissolved it & that was the start of some very very annoying problems.
The cheapest fix for your tank is to take it out & have your local radiator shop boil it in their acid tank. After they've finished with it, pressure test it & fix the hole. That'll solve your leak & clean the inside of the tank like new for under $50. I'm gun shy of any tank coatings since then.
If I was restoring another truck I'd scrap the "Tank Renew" & send the tank to the Cad plater. I did that on a vintage Cadillac I restored & the tank looks like the day it came off the assembly line, inside & out.
