Guy, My mistake, that was what I meant...the tires I'm going to install are the 1100/16's. You know I just don't get all the nonsense about the brakes on these trucks. I've had vintage vehicles all my life & these are no better or worse than any of them. Single master cylinders were in every vehicle prior to 1960 & everyone who knew enough to maintain their brakes made out just fine. I drive a 55PW daily & other than it being a little slow, I wouldn't trade it for anything. I rebuilt the brakes from stem to stern. Anyone driving a single master cylinder vehicle of ANY kind without completely rebuilding the brakes, especially brake lines, is gambling with their lives.
Mine work great, if yours don't, you've done something wrong.
