Clueless, what you described sounds a lot like the locals of Chesapeake Virginia. Camo hat, Quicksilver boardshorts, Costa del Mar glasses, and a pair of Reef Flip flops, driving a longbed 4 door Ford Superduty 6.0 with straight pipe exhaust, 40" tires but on a 22" wheel... ALL OF THE CONFUSED... thats the local boys here.
