I noticed in that video for the Lisle tool they showed it as handy for pre-filling the filters....I thought the "new" recommendation was to NOT prefill the filter since that center chamber is basically a straight shot to the crankshaft. Thoughts?

I do prefill all of my gas motor filters, but stopped doing it on the cummins several years ago.
