B3 PW Front Window

The front window (wind screen) is out of the cab and on the bench. I can't get the screws to release holding the inner and outer frames together!! ALL screws are seized in place.

I had to use a chisel to cut the heads off the two screws connecting the crank out regulator to the frame so I could get the frame out of the cab. All the other screws are counter-sunk Philips head screws and one raised head straight blade screw.

Any suggestions short of destroying the frame would be appreciated. I check Phil's Archives with no luck.
