I had so many lug nuts to deal with on my 6x6 I bought a Reduction Gear Device to remove and put on lug nuts. The reductions gears make it like nothing to remove or install them using it. Bought it from Harbor freight for a good price. It was well built and came with all the big sockets including a PW one.
