We are learning the nuances of my moms brain and behavior. She doesn't want to be a burden and wants to help. My wife took them to the backyard, right outside their sliding door and the sat on the deck enjoying the beautiful day. Meanwhile my wife decided to move a small wood pile, She really wanted some physical activity. She was only moving logs 40 feet away. When she turned her back, my mom had 2 logs in her arms to help and fell, scraping and bruising a knee. A few minutes later she had forgotten falling but her knee has been sore for 2 weeks but much better. She couldn't stand see my wife doing that work and had to help.
