Mother's Flat Parts and Parts Manual 1957 shows block number 1326828 used in Meadowbrook, Wayfarer, an Coronet cars (49-53) using head gasket 1326318 which is for the extra water jacket and head with a hump. I can't image Dodge jerry-rigging blocks and heads unless one of the part manuals does lists a plug specifically for the extra water jacket.
