Learned 3 things:
1. You must fully remove the shackle clamp bolt before the pin can slide out. Once the bolt was removed all it took was a twist of the zerk and they all slid right out. My bushings and pins are like brand new, as I thought they should (the truck only has 8500 original miles).
2. The little holes on the side of the box do serve a purpose. They allow access for the shackle bolts to slide out and also for a slide hammer to get in- if needed.
