wiper arm adapter

I just got my Bosch motor back from John Geidl after rebuilding. When I removed the arm from the shaft on the motor before sending in for repair I realized I was going to have some problems putting it all back together. The splined nut that fits to the end of the motor shaft is very badly worn down. The wiper arm has 24 splines inside. I am not sure if it is correct or not. The adapter nut has way more splines and they are very fine and very worn.
I would appreciate some suggestions. Can I buy the adapter nuts and arms that match anywhere?
