In a past life I ran a website for performance jet boats. The ads generated about 25 cents a month. It was a total waste of effort.
Except one time, people were talking about breast implants and a medical ad popped up. I got $32 bucks for one click. Wow! Everyone lets chat about our medical issues! But of course it never happened again.
