i just put one on today.. i bought 2 from vintage.. one had the boot (passenger) side, the other had a felt type piece and a couple washers then the spring. spring must be to push down on the washer that pushes on the felt type stuff to keep crap out... that was the drivers sideband it did not have a rubber boot
