While reading old Chrysler Corp. Service Bulletins from 1958-1960, I found out some info on parts interchangeability between the M-37 and what was then known as the W300M trucks. The Bulletin states that approximately 70% of an M-37’s content, excluding the sheet metal and electrical parts are interchangeable with the W300M trucks.
