Poly truck bells were usually drilled and tapped for 3, 4 and 5 speeds. In 63 the 4 speed would have been an NP420 then NP435 in 64 (maybe a 420 in medium trucks as they were spur geared in 1st and 2nd and had a 1-3/8 spline input shaft). The 4 speeds and NP540 used 3 of the same mounting holes. most common ratios were 7.41, 4.05, 2.4, 1.48, 1.0. There was the rare OD 540. Granny is spring loaded to the left and forward. The 540 was the shortest and most compact, so is probably what you have. I have one for my 64 TWPW. Hanging pedals might be from the same truck.
