I used Sound Deadener Showdown stuff for my cab including their floor mat. One sheet does a good job of covering the cab though cutting and fitting is a big job.

I coated the underside of the floor panels with Lizard Skin, a spray-on mass damper (same concept as the stick on stuff others mentioned), and the underside of the cab with a spray-on bed liner which does similar things.
