If the drum and hub assembly was known to be concentric before separating the two, they can be reassembled with either new or old screws. The taper on the screws is designed to center the parts to each other and they cannot be clocked incorrectly or be out of concentric. You just do not want to swap drums around between hubs. Now, if you are unsure what a previous owner did, then remachine.
