So today we had a Subaru come in for motor mounts. I have a new tech and hes 30. He walks over to me and tells me that the service information tell him to pull the motor. I said no way. SO i go back on the floor AND SHOW the young man how its done. I have both out and in, about a hour and 15 minutes. He just watched. I said did you learn anything. He said yeah when it gets tough call the boss Over. I showed him the way and told him some time you just gotta yous what God gave you. YOUR BRAIN> He said you still got it and i said thanks.
