I am trying to help out the local American Legion by selling a 1962 M37 that was donated to them. They originally wanted to try to get it running and restore it but they just do not have the expertise and funds. I am told it did run but it has been sitting a long time. It is in decent shape. I am not too familiar with these trucks but did see some rust, really faded paint, leaking wheel cyls etc. The the frame is really clean, it has a canvas top and is also a winch truck. It has benches in the back cargo area but they look like they are junk. There is about $1800 worth of new parts that were purchased from vintage power wagons. (wheel cylinders, brake shoes, master cylinder, hoses, lights, cables, tune up kit, olive drab paint and more) I can send pictures and copies of the original parts list from VPW to anyone that is interested. The truck is located in the Hudson Valley zip 12550. I think a fair asking price of $3900 is reasonable. Not interested in selling the parts without the truck. Please email [email protected]
Thanks, Sal
