looks like it is just 2 wheels and it bolts up to the stock wheel with the spacer
looks to be a completely diff rim than the stock rim
must be the ones that came on the military trailers and not the super outer if there is such a thing
below is a pic of one of my stock rims and one i moved the center out on for duals but it would take another one just like it and the drum would have to be machined
