My truck had the front winch and another winch behind the cab. The original owner added both winches. He used an aftermarket pto to drive another dual pto. The second dual pto turns a shaft to drive the front winch and a shaft that drove the rear winch. It was less complicated and far less expensive to fabricate the linkage.
