The hollow carriage bolt that holds on the parking light?

I need one of the odd hollow carriage bolts that the parking/blackout/marker lamps mounts with. Little lamp with the rectangle lens. One of mine broke when pulling it out. Anyone know if something like this is used anywhere else? Or was it custom to these army trucks? I need to get my hands on one.
