I have worked on lots of Chrysler marine engines. longest lasting gassers in the business. one was a planing hull 42 foot harco twin screw with twin 440s. the hull was designed in WW2 for the navy as a fast attack/ landing boat. original power was twin V12s I think Lycoming? When you nailed the hammers down on the 440s you hit 45 mph almost instantly. the chevy twin screws would choking on mist
