cheap is not good. find the local commercial fire extinguisher shop. buy metal, refillable, re-certifiable ones for your vehicles and your home. meeting a requirement is different than having a properly working fire extinguisher. I have a wood boat with an extinguisher visibly mounted in almost every room. ditto the kitchen in my house....
