I bought this vehicle from an outfitter sales company who used it for parades. I put gas in it and it started . The engine sounds great, with no noise or smoke. It has no brakes...the cap was off of the reservoir when I got it so I assume it has a leak somewhere. I have no time to work on it. It is a nice piece of history.
