Carb Problem(Leaks)

I have a 68 3/4 ton crewcab with a slant six. It has a Ball & Ball Carb. It leaks in the middle of the front of the carb where the accelerator pump comes up through the housing. Will a rebuild fix this problem? Should I buy a replacement carb? Thanks and have a good day.
