Are you sure this is 1:18 and not 1:24? If it's 1:24, a Star Wars or other 3.75-inch toy figure would be just about the right size to sit inside it.
I know the Texaco Matchbox truck and the green with black fenders Motor Trend truck are 1:24, and I'm pretty sure the Coca-Cola one is the same size -- or is this one a little bigger?
