carburetor & drive train questions

Are the Carter carburetors Dodge used on 1/2 and 3/4 ton two wheel drive trucks equipped with the 230 engine in the 1950's the same as the ones used on 1 ton Power Wagons equipped with the 230 engine? I want to put a dual carburetor intake on my 1951 Power Wagon and am wondering if I can use one of these along with my original.

I found what is left of a M-37 in a barn. Are the transmission, transfer case and differentials the same as a civilian Power Wagon?
