O.K. I know that one of the original colors of the civi flat fender was "Submarine Green" or "Sea Wolf Green" but how water tight are these old girls?
I took the WC-54 out to the hardware store and came home in a nice down-pour courtesy Lake Michigan.
Now I know without doubt I will have to replace the seal on the windshield, but hadn't counted on the "bilges" splashing me through the floor boards where the slots for the transfer case and parking brake lever are.
So do those leather draft pads take care of this, or is it just one of the joys of ownsership?
