Just fixed up a nice '77 Dodge D200 for my youngest. Put in a good running 383/727. Because he lives in Phoenix, I put on a fan clutch eliminator. It has a 4.10 rear. So, the questions: It seems like at 60 mph it really winding, so I told him not to go faster than that. Am I just hearing the fan? Shouldn't it be able to run out faster than that? And lastly, if it is just the fan, and it will do better, should I not tell him and perhaps help insure that a 21-year-old might reach retirement age? Thanks in advance, -D.
