The remaining 2001's and the 2002's have a 7 yr/ 100,000 warranty until 12/31/01. I myself saw a FWD Chevy rear ended to the extent that the rear bumper was pushed into the rear of the back passenger seat. The body shop cut the rear half from the car in back of the rear doors (including the "C" pillar) and welded a new half (including rear axle) on to the car. When driving it I couldn't tell, but I could never own that vehicle.
