Rototiller : off topic

I figure PW owners must have some experience & thoughts on a good rototiller? I have had a Lawnboy 5hp front tine in the past & it was a bugger doing anything with. I want to plow & till about 3,000 sq ft of old yard for sod & build/maintain a small flower/vegetable garden. Any benefit with a rear tine tiller over the front model. Anything else I should be looking at(make/model/HP/tine style)? Thanks!
