Personally I don't like Cummins Diesels. Bad experiences with them. But what I do know is that the intake and exhast both need to be bigger. A mechanic I know replaced part of the intake with one off of a Loader that has the same motor and got a lot more power. And with any motor make sure it can breath easy before you add more fuel into the mixture.
