Thanks for the responses.
Never been on rims - stored inside. Came with new flaps. Sticker says Denman. Tire guy says they look good and no cracks/checking. But no replacements if I put a stick through one. Hopefully they’ll hold up OK.
They’ll either go on the torch buggy or a WC mongrel. No intention of running them at road speeds.
