Both made by the same company. Gumbo Wide Mudders and Gumbo Monster Mudders came first and were typically wider than the Buckshots, though not in all cases. There was a time (1970's) if you weren't running Gateway Gumbo Monster Mudders, or Denman Ground Hawgs, you were left stuck in the mud.
