Today's project is to remove the "Brand new" Master cylinder from my carryall. Why? Because I'm finally fed up with trying to make it actually do things like make the truck stop. So far its had incorrectly threaded holes and the wrong parts installed from the factory. Finally, after fixing what I could to make it work, its just decided to start leaking from most everywhere. Its total crap.
I'm out another week while I wait for a "real" master cylinder from Midwest.
Oh, and the brake hoses? Don't get me started!
If you can get real parts, get them! And be glad you could.
