Gear Noise

I have a 54 PW. When I get to about 35 mph in 4th gear in HI, it makes a screaming loud gear noise. I have new bearings in transmission, a re-built transfer case, and original rear end. When in LOW range, it sounds normal in 4th gear. When in HI, it screams at about 35 mph. For all these scenarios, I have the front wheel locks disengaged. Any way to determine which component the noise is coming from where I fix the right one? JD
