A Running WC52 and Dual Carbs

I finally took the WC52 Plow Truck for a good test run today. It ran perfect. I drove it accross town thru traffic, top speeds of 35 to 45 mph.

I traded some electrical work to a customer of mine for an early complete flathead motor and a bunch of misc parts. I had seen the motor but everything else was in the a loft of his barn.

I arrived to a giant pile of misc. early dodge parts which included a car transmission to match the motor, a head, two really old Dodge AC compressors, and a complete flathead intake/exhaust manifold.

The manifold has a blocking plate where a single carb would have been and two additional mounting spots for running dual carbs. I am assuming this is a home done dual carb manifold. The welds look really good and I am wondering if this thing might actually work?
