How to Correct Speedometer Error

Any ideas for a quick solution for my original speedometer reading about 15 miles slower than the truck is actually traveling. The rebuilt speedometer reads 30 mph but GPS indicates I'm doing about 45 mph.My WDX has radials with 37" height and the ring and pinion were swapped out to 4.89.
