I know it does not have syncros in 1st and 2nd. And it does have a cast iron top cover with shifting forks attached but i dont know what top loaded case is or what shift tower means? Also not sure about ring/pin in 3 and 4th gear. Seems like there should be a better way to positively identify this. So the raised numbers cast into the side of the transmission don't mean much?
