How to Charge a Stone Dead Battery?

I picked up a nice M37 today. It is still 24v, which I am happy about. The seller installed new batteries in 2014, but they are completely dead right now - 0.00 volts on both batteries. One battery had plenty of water, the other was a little low, but the plates were well covered. Both batteries are rated at 500 CCA at 0 deg F.

Is there a way to charge these so I can bring them back to life? Thanks!
