Installed one of these several years ago, same American brand only with 12,000 lb rating.
One caution, however, make sure you have at least a 14ft ceiling. I have to be VERY careful in my garage to avoid pushing the roof out! If you're just planning a shop, think about vertical dimensions early, you'll want one someday.
