1953 Canadian Military Dodge M37

I have come across a 53 Canadian Military M37 Ambulance. The truck in totally intact with the old military call signs, but it has been sitting outside for over 20 years so there is some major rust happening at the top of the dash and on the bottom passenger side door post. I am going to offer 500.00 bucks because I am sure it is worth that in parts alone.
What I would like to know is what the rest of the forum thinks?
Excuse me for not posting pictures I have never had luck with doing it.
