Jim,
I understand being 6'5" with a tender lower back. and driving a carryall. I kept the lower seat frame that is welded to the floorpan and used the sheet metal buckets from a 1957 townpanel including the adjusting tracks. I think the buckets are the same as the 601 Power Wagon seats. Had the cushions recovered with modern foam and they are working. If you are interested I can send you pictures.
