I must have won a couple dozen auctions. Blazer, M101a1 trailer, many sets of 11x16 Michelins. Lots of "batch box" lots.
Hmm, now that you jog my memory, they do an occasional "off road use only" HMMV. IIRC, they go plenty high. Do your due diligence, compare to the price of used roadworthy commercial Hummers.
California DMV at one time sent letters to make appointments to come out and inspect GI HMMVs. Things like DOT glass and lights, side impact, crumple zones. Then cancelled.
But maybe there is a loophole in your state? Call it a "specail construct" like a highway legal dune buggy? How much is a complete one worht for parts?
