Interesting, a glance at the cab in the pic and I would have guessed IHC B series all the way down through the outside step.

The B series cab became the Loadstar cab in the '60s, with some slight changes. The one in the pic there has the B series attributes, in particular the cab edge just below the door.

The pic is a 1960 B140. I have a pair of the add-on steps like in the pic of the Aussie Dodge, just didn't have them mounted on the 140.
