It looks like a Saginaw pump. In the attached link, you will see a Saginaw pump without the reservoir, but ignore that and scroll down to the bottom to see all of the makes and models that used the Saginaw pump. I think that we have a lot of sources for that pump. I have run a Saginaw pump for that last 40 years on my Plymouth with no problem.
